Fathers been using this randomly to stay dry, he finally got himself new trailer.
Pump Sink, 2 burner stove works. No slide outs anymore (removed), just bench made into bed with extra cushion.
Has leveling jacks, propane tank, spare tire, lift works, it is what it is, a $300 whatever you make it.
Use for camping, hunting or utility/motorcycle trailer, parts, etc.. Has Title and tags, expire end of month so good to get it home…
