Selling two of my fiber glass trailers i used to pull with my BMW 325 ci yes , a small car can tow a trailer, its not big they where meant for motorcycles, but you can use them for your car. its in great shape, good tires, chromed hitch the interior is completely coated with gorilla strength protection with rubber floor. i don’t have paperwork for it, but you don’t really need plates for a trailer of this size since you can still see your tail lights according to CHP.  (213) 200-3130
