I used it to haul around my 450+ pound Kawasaki KLR 650. Much better than dragging around a heavy trailer when you travel. With tolls, price of gas and my wife’s inability to back up a trailer – it was essential. This is an excellent tool to haul your moped to mid sized bike when you go camping or on vacation expecially if you have an RV, pick up, mini van or SUV. While everyone is board out of their skull laying on the beach or hiking in the woods you can be riding and having a blast.

Why am I selling…..? I don’t need it anymore since I sold my KLR 650. I have a massive sport touring motorcycle now so I just drive it where I want to go.

The base of the carrier is super heavy duty aluminum and reinforced with steel. Not too heavy and not too whimpy to hold your precious cargo. I added a bunch of “I” hooks so it is easy to ratchet tie your bike so it is secure. I also added grip tape to the ramp so your wheel does not spin going up the ramp. Most of the carriers for sale don’t have enough to ratchet down a heavy bike.
