Description

7 by 14 custom low hauler (18 including tongue) with all the bells and whistles. 30amp electricity with both indoor and outdoor outlets, wall insulation not just plywood, drop back door motorcycle ramp with diamond plate aluminum flooring and slow hydrolics drop for ease of opening, rear stabalizer sand pad jack stands, plated recessed wheel swell, extra fold out ramp extension, 2 side windows that open, door holder/fastener, electric brakes, led lighting, interior light and switch, brand new roof top air vent, stone guard and screw less covered, smooth exterior side walls. Tandem axles each 3500 pound weight bearing for total 7k.

We bought this trailer to convert to camper and have added some comforts of home without taking away the hauling capability of the trailer. It was our intention to be able to camp in new England and save ourselves time and energy setting up and breaking down camp but have room to bring home antiques along the way. Health circumstances have unfortunately changed things and so we are selling it. Grab it quick.

NO leaks. No damage no bugs no rot. Has been insulated and paneled over with another layer of plywood. We then painted the entire inside to seal it, see pics at diff stages and then added washed oak look paneling and a darker stained, leaf design wood trim along the top. Paneling and trim work is complete. There are espresso metal cafe rods over windows with brown valance curtains. There is LED decorative lighting on each side of futon if you want. We removed the wheel chocks and some of the load strapping rings from the front half of the trailer but we have everything if you want to add them back. (The price of these alone are $$)

We have added padding and carpet to fit 80% of the length (can be rolled up out of the way) and intended to add wood style flooring in dark espresso to the front 3 feet of the floor , to give it a place for you to come n go in , in dirty boots without dirtying up the carpet. We have an entire box of this, that cost about $90 which is way more than needed, which you can have.

We have also added a useable shower stall with fiberglass shower pan and vinyl walls, battery operated shower with pump and spray nozzle included, that can be hung on shower wall for use. Stall has drain we added which can be drained into gray water portable tank wheeled under trailer upon arrival, ( not included) Doubles as toilet room for portable camp toilet, just set it inside the shower pan, plenty of room to sit and theres an air vent in the stall (the trailer has multiple air vents). We made/cut a lightweight custom Birch door for the stall, one side has been stained to match rest of the installed wood trim, but never hung. It’s yours if you want it or throw a tension rod and curtain up instead.

We started framing out kitchen area, for counter and sink space and made room for new stainless refrigerator (169) and a small microwave (50) (both included) and the new stainless sink, pump faucet and 2 under sink BPA free water jugs are included. We also have the birch lumber for counter top not shown, and thinner pieces for the cabinet fronts. The framing to the left was built around the refrigerator and is shown in place in one picture and the shelf fits the microwave.

If you prefer we can remove this framing but really, it only needs the counter put on, and the cabinet door fronts, put on and sink installed. An afternoons work for someone handy. All the work we did was done with weight in mind so we used the lightest lumber possible for each job. (A tip we learned online.)

Also comes with brand new faux leather futon with armrests (299) that fits along the back, and will sleep two avg or smaller adults, you can store things underneath, and a brand new lift top ottoman (119) that doubles as dining space, also has storage space. The futon can be turned sideways along one wall, if hauling is desired. The plywood over the wheel swell was made to be removed easily for hauling purposes if the ramp is needed. We put alot of thought into what we were doing and what’s been done so far was done right. We have decided to keep working on it as time/energy allows until it’s sold.

Full price paid gets everything including the $400 portable digital a/c that’s only been lightly/rarely used and brand new larger craftsman portable heater, sealed in box as well as new electrical cord hook up for campground.

This was a low hauler custom made with additional 6 inches, so the interior is approx 5′ 10.5″… It’s taller than normal low hauler but shorter than regular height trailer.

Serious interest can call or text me at 9045684SEVEN58. Let’s not waste each others time. If you’ve been shopping for one of these trailers. You know it’s a deal. Most trailers come as a shell and do not have roof airvents, insulation, 30 amp electrical, aluminum ramps, windows and the pretty once you see w white finished walls and black rubber floors are still not insulated nor do they have the rest of the extras and any that do will cost you 9 or 10k. So…. Come check it out. Can answer questions then. $4600 is my asking price for everything and it’s worth every penny and then some, but come see for yourself and let’s talk….Won’t take long to finish out and I’ve got, probably every thing needed included. If you don’t want all the fluff, lets make a deal that works and I’ll strip it down (will not remove paneling or bath stall) and add the bike hardware back to the front half of trailer. It’s made for 2 wheel chocks, included.

Yes, it’s a little older model motorcycle/toy hauler trailer but was never abused or dirty inside or out, doesn’t have that many miles on it, good tires, smooth suspension. Clear title, tagged through July.
