This was built by me in 2002 and the approximate build cost was $1,200. The body is rolled aluminum and was hand painted, no decals, by a body shop in Springfield. It has torsion suspension. It tracks perfectly being pulled behind a Heritage softail. We have taken it on several vacations, about 5,000 miles. It has new tires and a spare. It requires an inch and 7/8 ball.
