This is for the 16′ Haulmark Dual-Axle Landscape / Auto Hauling Trailer w/Enclosure – MANY BRAND NEW PARTS:

This combo trailer is a Very Solid trailer and very versatile – good for multipurpose uses!! It can be used for heavy duty auto hauling / transport, enclosed applications (equipment, landscaping, tools, construction, anything you want to keep safe or out of the weather), etc. It even has a dump / tilt feature, and with the added enclosure (with roof!) it has even been used for camping!

• Nice, locking enclosure that is built on – Can be removed – with ROOF + “barn doors” and lock
A shelf / bed is built-in inside.
The way the enclosure is sized and built, it is even a good starting point for a “tiny home”.

• Removable Ramps – for hauling automobile / truck / car

• Fresh paint on many surfaces both inside and out
(Inside color is beige. Frame is black. Outside of enclosure compartment is gray with white trimming.)

• Many Brand New Parts:
4 brand new tires
All brand new bearings (+ brand new RACES, and seals — all brand new)
Both axles are re-worked (so now there is extra space in the spring travel for added weight carrying capacity – more than when these photos were taken)
One brand new axle
Brakes (and brakes hubs) + break away kit + brakes battery (all brand new)
Brand new lights and wiring – including new marker/running lights on top
Basically, I went through all the parts of the running gear, and ANYTHING that needed new, I replaced. It is all in good working order.
New rubberized roof waterproofing

Weight carrying capacity should be around 7000 lbs. (including the trailer) – So it should be able to haul your heaviest stuff / machinery.

CONDITION: Very good condition. Missing one hub cap. The wood at the back is weathered of course, But the rest of the trailer as a whole is in spectacular working order. it is a very solid trailer. Everything works. Ready for use!! Good title in hand.
