Welded from 1-1/2″ angle 1/4 thick angle iron makes this one Heavy Duty carrier. Should handle at least 800 lbs or more. If your 2″ hitch will hold it, you could haul a giant cooler, motorcycle or scooter, or mobility cart. Needs a good paint job or have it powdered coated to match your vehicle. I don’t have a need for it any more, buying a trailer. About 24 wide” x 52 ” long, It’s big and well made, it will handle it.
