Enclosed Hauling Trailer – To Haul a Motorcycle, Bicycles, Camping gear, etc.
This is a unique trailer was designed to carry a Single Motorcycle, a Chopper, Bicycles, Camping gear or other recreational toys. It is quite rare, as only two were built; the other one hauls a custom chopper around the country to motorcycle shows. As shown in the photos above, it has air lowering, just flip a switch and the rear of the trailer lowers to the ground for easy one person ride on loading, you flip another switch and the hardtop raises up, allowing you to just ride your bike into the trailer, providing super protection. Flip the switches back and the top automatically lowers and the trailer comes back up to ride height as shown in the photos above.
It has a capture wheel chock which traps your bike front tire and holds your bike upright while you tie it down, it has four retractable ratchet straps to tie your bike down and sheep skin soft straps to prevent scratching your bike.
It is very light weight and can be pulled by most small cars and it is also very aerodynamic so it doesn’t affect your fuel mileage much at all. Plus it has air ride suspension which automatically matches the suspension rate to the weight of the trailer and whatever you are hauling, the result is an incredibly smooth ride.
There are many uses for this unique trailer, you can also pull your bike out at night and put an air mattress on the floor and use it as a camper. I don’t know if you attend Sturgis, but rooms there are $300 a night, 10 nights equals $3,000. You can just rent a camping space and sleep in it at night. Get yourself a small propane cooking stove and of course a good size cooler to keep all your beer cold.
It could also be used as a camping trailer to haul all your camping gear and even four bicycles or more. However, it can’t carry a very large touring bike like a Gold Wing or other large Touring type bikes, the bike shown is an 800 cc bike. For the right person, this will be a perfect trailer.
