New 2017 Logan Coach Limited LQ 812 4 horse. The Limited series by Logan Coach is unlike any other Living quarters out there. This is a great priced living quarters stuffed with the most common options that consumers ask for! It comes with a 6′ hay rack, 4.0 gas generator, aluminum wheels, awning, mangers and much much more! It has the Logan Galvanized steel sub frame, 7’6″ tall, 8′ wide, two 8k axles, with G rated tires, and an empty weight of 13,140#.

The Logan quality shows through in this 12′ living quarters, including the real Alder hardwood cabinets with a Cinnamon stain and a simulated leather couch. The bed area has a lot of room…no more hitting your head on the ceiling, perfect height to be able to sit up. At the foot of the bed there are cabinets with shelves and there is a cabinet at the head of the bed as well. The living quarters comes with day and night shades and the Limited series window valances. The control panel includes light switches, generator switches, and gauges for the tanks along with a CD/DVD player and radio. The TV mounted above the control panel is mounted on a swinging arm for viewing from the bed area or living area. The slide out includes the couch with storage above and below it, and the single leg table is stored behind the couch. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal! It has a 2 burner cooktop with a flat cover, a 0.7 Cubic Microwave, a 6cuft fridge with separate freezer, double sink, and tons of cabinet space. The bathroom has a solid wood door, a neo angle shower with glass door and a skylight, power vent, a vanity and a porcelain toilet. The vanity has a sink, a cabinet below the sink and a medicine cabinet above it. Next to the shower are two storage cabinets with removable shelves and a clothes bar. Don’t forget this trailer has an A/C and a ducted furnace.

The horse area is loaded with options as well! The stalls are 40″ wide with a 4′ offset for larger horses to fit easily. The first stall has an escape door with a drop down window. The second, third and fourth stalls have mangers with exterior access for more storage. The head side has a drop down window per stall with the drop down bars and screens as well. The tail side has large bus slider windows and the rear doors have slider windows too. For even more airflow each stall has a 2 way roof vent. This trailer comes standard with Logans Whiz proof floor system. The Whiz Proof floor is aluminum planks coated in the vortex spray liner with the Sure grip floor on top. It is a worry free floor system that drains out of the bottom of the trailer. No more lugging mats out! Just rinse it out when done for quick and easy cleaning! The Vortex spray liner is also on the walls in this trailer 48″ up. The Vortex liner helps insulate the trailer and takes in vibrations while going down the road.

The Limited series comes with a collapsible rear tack. The rear tack includes a 4 tier carpeted saddle rack, 4 tier swinging blanket bar, a brush organizer, and 6 bridle hooks. Plenty of storage for any equine enthusiast!

This trailer has a 60 gallon fresh water tank, a 40 gallon grey tank, and a 40 gallon black tank. It also has a 6 gallon water heater, 2-20# propane tanks, spare tire, and two batteries.
