New 2018 Lakota C8311 Charger Edition 3 horse with 11ft short wall living quarters. You can’t go wrong when buying a Lakota! This trailer is all aluminum with aluminum roof and floor, 8′ wide, 7’6″ tall and fully insulated in the living quarters and horse area. Even the hay rack with ladder, AND saddle rack are aluminum and light weight. It has dual hydraulic 12k jacks in place of a single, for quick and easy hitching up. This trailer comes with a 3.6 LP generator mounted on the hay rack. Comes with two 7K axles with load range E Goodyear radial tires on aluminum wheels and a spare tire. Upgraded polished nose wrap on the outside of the nose protects it and gives the trailer a professional finished look while adding additional strength and the popular champagne color will make heads turn. The trailer also has additional tail lights for maximum visibility and safety when hauling. This trailer has a 25′ 2″ floor length and includes the exterior aluminum slats the full length of the trailer for more strength.

Let’s start with the living quarters. The Hickory cabinetry and quality finishes give this interior a luxurious feel and look. Carpeted stairs to the right of the sofa lead to the bed area where you will find overhead recessed lighting as well as 2 wall sconces and a small closet at the foot of the bed with an additional 2 cabinets and shelves at the head of the bed. On the riser wall is a jack-knife sofa that can be folded out into a bed. Above the fridge is a 32″ TV that can be viewed from the bed area or the couch and below the TV is a shelf with yet another storage cabinet below that. There is an Am/FM/DVD/CD player, two interior speakers, and two exterior speakers and the cowboy satellite upgrade. The kitchen area is packed with storage and convenience! It has a 2 burner recessed cooktop with 2 storage drawers below, a large double sink, stainless steel faucet, a separate 6 cu ft. fridge and freezer, and a convection bake microwave oven. There are two large cabinets one above and one below the sink to store food or cleaning supplies. A pocket door will lead to the bathroom which has a large neo-angle shower, a toilet, a single sink with well-lit vanity mirrors on the 2 cabinet doors with 1 large cabinet below the sink. Above the shower is a skylight, and above the toilet is a power roof vent with a fan. Beside the shower there is a large clothes closet with 4 drawers and 1 smaller cabinet underneath. There is a pass-through door from the bathroom to the first horse stall. Don’t forget his trailer has a ducted A/C and a furnace for great climate control no matter what the weather is and also has a large awning.

Now onto the horse area! Double walled of course, fully insulated and lined with white aluminum and it has upgraded double LED tail lights for safer driving. This trailer has heavy duty drop-down feed doors that are easy to open and feature sliding windows and solid aluminum grills that open to access the horse in each stall. Each stall also has drop-down feed doors with sliding bus windows on the tail side as well, for extra air flow during those hot summer months. It has solid shoulder style padded dividers with easy slam latches and the first stall has a stud divider with a solid aluminum bottom panel. The stud divider is very convenient if you have a horse that does not haul well with others or you need to use a stall for extra cargo items! There are feed mangers in the second, and third stall with outside access doors for more storage. Additionally this trailer has a drain in each manger just in case you need to water a horse and it spills or to rinse out and clean the mangers. The first stall has an escape door for easy access from the exterior if you are using it for storage or need to take dirty clothes off before going into the living quarters through the pass-through door. The escape door on the first stall has a drop down window with the aluminum grills for better ventilation and a drop down step on the exterior for easy access. The rear door also has a large slider window, and there is a roof vent in each stall. The tack area includes a removable four tier saddle rack and 10 bridle hooks, all easily accessed with use of the step at the tack room and the LED interior lighting and flood light on the outside. This trailer has the upgraded saddle boss saddle rack, which lets you adjust each of the tiers separately to the level of your choosing. The door has a brush tray and there is a 4 tier swinging blanket bar above it. To top it off, the tack room collapses to make the rear door open wide enough to load a quad or golf cart in the horse area to take to an event.

Liquid capacities are as follows: 50 Gallon fresh, 33 gallon black and grey tanks. Last but not least are the 3 batteries sealed individually in boxes, two large propane tanks and a spare tire.
