Camper is 26′ long. Air conditioning and Heat both work. Trailer weight is 4465 pounds. I towed it with an escalade and my van. Trailer needs a bit of linoleum work but ive got new linoleum to go with it. Just havent gottwn to it. Tires are in good condition. New Buddy Bearing wheel bearings on all 4 each side of axle. And brakes done when i bought it. I have the spare tire with a brand new Goodyear on it. Also comes with a weight distribution hitch with ball. And leveling jack stands.
